These Terms govern use of the DrawTogether mobile application (“Service”), published by HYPR App Dev. By creating a parent account you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- The Service is intended for use by parents / guardians who create and supervise child profiles.
- Children must not create independent accounts.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your parent account and parent PIN.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to contact strangers or discover other families publicly (the product has no public discovery)
- Circumvent parent approval, PIN gates, play hours, or collaboration controls
- Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content
- Attempt to access another household’s data
- Reverse engineer or disrupt the Service except as permitted by law
3. Child safety
- Friend connections require dual-parent approval between households.
- Collaborative drawing is limited to approved friends and may be paused or blocked by parents.
- Children may submit preset “Tell a grown-up” safety reports for parent review.
4. Content ownership
- You retain rights to drawings created by your household.
- You grant us a limited licence to store, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Service for your household and approved collaborators.
5. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Service availability
The Service is provided “as is.” We may modify or discontinue features. We are not liable for outages beyond our reasonable control.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
