These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TaskNest, a family organization app published by HYPR App Dev. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts and households
- You must be an adult to create an account and household.
- Account holders are responsible for the profiles they create and for members who use the shared display.
- You are responsible for keeping your login and parent PIN confidential.
Acceptable use
- Use TaskNest for organising your own household's tasks, calendars, meals and lists.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access data that is not yours.
- You are responsible for the content you add and for content you send to TaskMate.
TaskMate AI
TaskMate proposes calendar events and meal plans from content you provide. Suggestions are assistive and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and confirming them before they take effect. TaskMate never changes your Calendar or Meal Plan without your confirmation.
Third-party services
TaskNest relies on third-party providers (for example, Supabase for infrastructure and an AI model provider for TaskMate). Optional integrations you enable are subject to the relevant third party's terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep TaskNest available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” basis. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Termination
You may stop using TaskNest and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HYPR App Dev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
